We consume so much advertising every day that we might not realize the sinister possibilities lurking beneath it — like the potential for murder.
Have you ever questioned what commercials are really promoting? Is it just a lipstick or the sexuality and desirability behind it? Are you paying for a wallet or to support a statement on women’s corrupted nature? Are you just buying Rolex or agreeing with an attack on man’s ego?
What are you actually being sold? A product or a stereotype? A product or a discrimination? A product or an insecurity? In this collection, I wanted to point out the evil duality of commercials.
